Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Specialist to support clinical trials across the North Europe region. In this role, you will contribute to the scientific integrity and operational success of ongoing studies while building strong relationships with internal teams, investigators, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to clinical trial teams throughout the full study lifecycle.
- Support study design, protocol development, feasibility assessments, site selection, and recruitment strategy discussions.
- Serve as a key medical contact for investigators, clinical sites, and internal stakeholders across CSU, R&D, and Medical Affairs teams.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate scientific exchange, gather study insights, and support trial objectives.
- Deliver medical and scientific training to study teams and ensure alignment between global and local study requirements.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD preferred) or PhD/PharmD in Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of clinical trials, drug development processes, and regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP.
- Previous experience in clinical practice, clinical research, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently, proactively, and effectively within a fast-paced and complex environment.
