Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Project & Procurement Operations Coordinator who will support a portfolio of projects (innovation, renovation, and transformation) and ensure key Supply Chain inputs are delivered on time. Alongside project coordination, this role also includes operational support activities within procurement, such as contract-related administration and maintaining or creating internal codes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and structure project discussions with key stakeholders to maintain a clear, robust project portfolio.
- Represent and coordinate Supply Chain input into gatekeeping and decision documentation.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure delivery stays on schedule.
- Ensure Supply Chain readiness topics (such as materials, capacity, and timing) are aligned and delivered on time.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders to keep progress transparent and decisions moving.
- Support procurement operations with administrative tasks related to contracts.
- Maintain and create internal codes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes.

Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or project support, ideally in a Supply Chain and/or Procurement environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
- Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders and drive follow-up actions.
- Detail-oriented, structured way of working, and comfortable with operational/administrative tasks.
- Experience with contract administration and/or code maintenance/creation is a strong advantage.
