Job Description:
This role provides technical and scientific documentation support within an established team. The focus is on ensuring documentation is well prepared, structured, complete, and accurate for further internal processing. The position is project based and runs until the end of the year.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, structure, and review technical and scientific documentation
- Process and incorporate comments from multiple stakeholders
- Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and compliant with quality standards
- Support the team with documentation related activities in a regulated environment
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify content and requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, ideally between 3 and 5 years
- Experience with technical or scientific documentation
- Background in quality driven or regulated environments
- Sufficient scientific background to understand technical content
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Dutch is not required

Other Information:
- Hybrid working model
- Onsite presence in Boxmeer approximately 2 to 3 days per week
