About the Role
The role supports a portfolio of high impact retail and operational projects across multiple regions. The position focuses on hands on project coordination, process analysis and the development of clear operational frameworks. It plays a key role in keeping initiatives on track while working closely with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide end to end project support including planning, tracking milestones and managing deliverables
- Analyse and map existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the design and development of operational frameworks and service models
- Analyse project data, track KPIs and prepare clear Excel based reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Europe and APAC to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for updates and decision making
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, project analysis or junior project management
- Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, reporting and KPI tracking
- Strong PowerPoint skills for structured and impactful presentations
- Proven experience with business process mapping and analysis
- Experience contributing to operating models or structured frameworks
- Understanding of retail or operational business environments
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
- HBO or WO education level
- Background in data analytics or business analysis
- Healthcare experience is preferred
