Job Description:
This temporary role supports high impact retail and operational projects across multiple regions. The position focuses on coordinating projects, analyzing and improving processes, and building structured frameworks that help teams deliver key business priorities effectively. It is ideal for someone who can work independently while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end coordination support for multiple projects, including planning, tracking milestones, and managing deliverables
- Analyze and map current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the development of project frameworks and service or operating models
- Analyze data using Excel to track KPIs and create structured reports
- Prepare professional presentations for project updates and stakeholder communication
- Engage with stakeholders across Europe and APAC to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, project analysis, or junior project management
- Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear and impactful presentations
- Experience with business process mapping and process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to operating models, service frameworks, or structured business tools
- Understanding of retail or operational environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
- HBO or WO education level
- Background in data analytics or business analysis
- Healthcare experience is preferred
