Job Description:
For our client, we are looking for an Innovation Program Coordinator who will support key project initiatives and help drive successful delivery across multiple workstreams. The Innovation PMO Coordinator will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects by maintaining plans, tracking progress, and ensuring strong governance and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross functional workstreams across innovation projects
- Own and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and integrated timelines
- Track progress against deadlines and proactively flag risks, delays, and support needs
- Establish and manage PMO governance, cadence, and standards
- Document decisions, actions, and commitments and ensure follow up
- Act as the central coordination point for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate project forums, steering committee meetings, and regular checkpoints
- Communicate clearly and confidently, including escalations when needed
- Support teams by clarifying priorities, expectations, and next steps

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a PMO, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead role
- Experience working in complex, cross functional project environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and project management tools
- Experience within Healthcare, Retail, or CPG environments is preferred
- Exposure to innovation, digital, or transformation initiatives is highly desirable
- High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action
- Comfortable working in fast changing and ambiguous environments
- Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Professional working proficiency in English

Other Information:
The Innovation PMO Coordinator will work in a hybrid setup, with regular on-site presence to stay connected with the team and stakeholders.
