Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Operator to join a packaging production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring packaging production lines to ensure smooth and efficient production in accordance with strict quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:
•    Set up, operate, and adjust packaging production lines according to production requirements 
•    Ensure availability of correct raw materials, packaging materials, and personnel before production start 
•    Monitor machine performance and adjust settings such as speed and packaging specifications when required 
•    Perform quality checks on finished products including appearance, weight, and quantity 
•    Identify and resolve minor operational and technical issues during production 
•    Conduct test runs and support production start-up activities 
•    Record production data including quality, quantity, and machine condition in the system 
•    Support and guide production staff on the line when needed 
•    Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in compliance with food safety standards 


Requirements:
•    Experience in a food production environment is required 
•    Previous experience as a packing operator or machine operator is preferred 
•    Proactive, hands-on, and quality-focused working attitude 
•    Willingness to work in a 2-shift system 
•    Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch 
•    Strong team player with a responsible and flexible mindset 
•    Ability to follow procedures and work according to strict hygiene and safety standards
