Role Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Brand Manager to join the Balkan & EastMed Marketing team, with responsibility for driving growth in the Early Life Nutrition category across a complex, multi-country region. The role owns the regional brand management of iconic brands translating global and regional brand strategies into high-impact, market-ready execution. Operating across two regions and more than ten countries via a distributor-led model, this position requires strong cross-market coordination, disciplined execution, and a highly collaborative approach. The Brand Manager acts as a central executional driver, ensuring excellence across digital, ATL/BTL, and distributor activations. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring consumer trends, competitive activity, and category dynamics across the Balkan and EastMed regions.
  • Analysing brand performance (sales, market share, pricing) and identifying growth opportunities and risks.
  • Supporting regional strategic planning, including brand communication, innovation pipelines, channel strategy, and portfolio development.
  • Leading end-to-end innovation and renovation projects, from market analysis and concept development through claims alignment, asset creation, go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Contributing to short? and long-term growth planning, budget planning, and excellence in execution standards.
  • Co-leading Category (CAT) strategy development and execution across both regions.
  • Delivering clear, actionable competitor and category insights through structured reporting and market research.
  • Coordinating the execution of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, OOH, and TV channels.
  • Owning social media content calendars for both short-term activations and long-term brand platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Digital, Medical, Regulatory) and external agencies to deliver cohesive, compliant activations.
  • Partnering with distributors to ensure effective local implementation, measurement, and optimisation of campaigns.
  • Ensuring consistent brand representation through high-quality asset management and localisation aligned with global guidelines.
  • Leveraging emerging digital trends, tools, and optimisation techniques (including testing and performance tracking) to continuously improve engagement.
  • Navigating a complex matrix organisation, aligning global, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Managing agency relationships (media, creative, digital) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinating cross-border projects to ensure seamless execution across multiple markets.
  • Maintain robust budget tracking, campaign reporting, and project documentation. 

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods.
  • Strong experience in multi-channel marketing, including digital, social media, influencers, and ATL/BTL campaigns.
  • Proven track record in marketing execution excellence across multiple markets.
  • Hands-on experience with innovation or renovation projects, including project management, claims, packaging, and go?to?market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with agencies and distributor-led market models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear commercial actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, matrix environments.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Fluency in English is required; Hebrew is an advantage.
