Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Brand Development Lead to join our regional marketing team. This role focuses on expanding the presence of our early life nutrition brands across multiple markets in the Balkan and EastMed regions. The successful candidate will oversee brand management activities for key products, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and impactful campaigns that resonate across diverse countries.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market insights within the Balkan and EastMed regions.
• Analyze brand performance metrics such as sales, market share, and pricing to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Support strategic planning processes, including innovation initiatives and channel strategies, in collaboration with senior management.
• Lead end-to-end innovation projects, from market analysis and creative development to product launches and post-launch assessments.
• Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure aligned and effective execution of brand strategies.
• Develop and implement market growth strategies, including short- and long-term planning and budget oversight.
• Manage the creation and execution of ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and influencer campaigns, working with agencies and internal teams.
• Partner with distributors to execute local campaign activities and measure their effectiveness.
• Oversee social media content planning and execution, leveraging emerging digital trends to enhance brand engagement.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across markets, ensuring seamless project delivery and adherence to budgets and timelines.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Proven experience in managing marketing projects, including ATL/BTL campaigns and product launches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hebrew or Balkan languages is a plus.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
