Job Description:
For this role, we are looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager – Coffee & Foodservice Solutions who will act as the main commercial partner for key customers in the Netherlands.

The focus is on building long-term relationships, driving account growth, and leading annual and contract discussions, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent contact with key customers and act as a trusted sparring partner.
- Lead commercial conversations, including annual planning and contract discussions, to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities by exploring new segments and developing account plans.
- Work closely with marketing to shape yearly plans and define the go-to-market approach.
- Represent key customers internally and align stakeholders across commercial teams.
- Translate customer needs into clear actions and priorities for internal departments.
- Analyze market developments and quarterly performance to steer decisions and improve results.
- Use reporting and data insights to continuously optimize customer performance and business outcomes.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven B2B sales/account management experience in a comparable role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Dutch and English.
- Confidence in leading commercial discussions and managing senior customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills (comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance insights).
- Proactive, structured, and customer-focused way of working.
- Experience in foodservice and/or the professional coffee market is a strong advantage.

Other Information:
