An international organisation active in the foodservice and professional beverage market, focused on innovative dairy based solutions for out of home consumption. The organisation operates across multiple European countries and continues to expand its footprint with premium concepts for professional use.

About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic national accounts within the professional coffee and foodservice market. You act as a trusted commercial partner for key customers, driving long term value, commercial performance and operational excellence. The position combines strategic account management with hands on commercial execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with national key accounts in the coffee and foodservice sector
- Act as a sparring partner for customers on commercial, operational and strategic topics
- Lead contract negotiations and annual commercial discussions
- Identify and develop new growth segments and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing on annual plans and go to market strategies
- Represent strategic customers internally across commercial teams
- Translate customer needs into clear internal actions
- Resolve operational topics such as deliveries, payments and performance follow up
- Analyse market trends and customer performance on a quarterly basis
- Use data and reporting to continuously improve customer results and business outcomes

Requirements
- HBO level of working and thinking
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial sales or account management role
- Strong knowledge of the foodservice market and office coffee environment
- Solid understanding of the professional coffee landscape
- Proven analytical and implementation skills
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience in a similar national or strategic account management role
