Job Description:
Our client is looking for a HR Transformation Specialist to support organizational development initiatives across the business. This role will focus on analyzing and improving organizational structures, roles, and operating models to ensure they are aligned with business goals. The position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on complex organizational topics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve organizational structures in line with business strategy and operating model needs
- Analyze current organizational set-ups and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, role clarity, and accountability
- Support job evaluation and role comparison processes for new or changed positions
- Advise senior leaders, HR teams, and project stakeholders on organization design decisions and their wider impact
- Prepare insights and recommendations based on workforce data, organizational trends, and scenario analysis
- Contribute to restructuring and transformation initiatives by assessing organizational impact and governance considerations
- Help maintain consistency in job titles, role descriptions, and grading frameworks across the organization
- Support the development of tools, templates, and best practices related to organization design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or a related field
- Several years of experience in organization design, organization development, or HR transformation
- Experience with job evaluation methods and role assessment frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with organizational and workforce data
- Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders in a clear and professional way
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in a complex corporate environment is an advantage
- Dutch language skills are a plus
