About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will support sourcing execution and procurement operations within the MRO services category. The role focuses on driving efficiency, delivering insights, and improving procurement processes through automation and data driven decision making.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage sourcing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing activities and manage the sourcing calendar using procurement platforms
- Support contract lifecycle management and content definition for procurement activities
- Perform complex data analysis and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with procurement teams and business stakeholders in line with policies
- Negotiate with suppliers independently or support negotiation processes
- Monitor and manage procurement KPIs such as sourcing performance, contract coverage, and purchase order rates
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships across functions
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Drive digitalisation initiatives within sourcing and procurement platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with e procurement tools
- Knowledge of Power BI, Coupa, and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
