About the role
This role sits within a high-performing Source-to-Contract (S2C) team focused on executing and optimizing procurement sourcing activities for MRO Services. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage contract lifecycles, and deliver data-driven insights to support category strategy and decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive procurement excellence. A strong emphasis is placed on automation, digital tools, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sourcing activities, including planning and managing the sourcing calendar (RFx processes) to meet business needs.
- Perform complex data analysis to generate insights and support category strategies and procurement decisions.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, ensuring proper content definition, compliance, and alignment with procurement policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including negotiating terms or supporting negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing procurement processes, implementing automation, and monitoring key KPIs such as sourcing performance, contract coverage, and PO rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Higher vocational/applied sciences or academic) with 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in tools like Power BI and the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data.
- Hands-on experience with e-procurement platforms and systems such as Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar digital sourcing tools.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end procurement process execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), with strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset; Dutch is a plus.
