Job Description
Our client is looking for an Consumer & Market Insights Manager to help strengthen digital retail performance across key online channels. This role will focus on understanding shopper behaviour, improving online content effectiveness, and identifying growth opportunities across retailer platforms. The position is suited to someone who can combine insight, commercial thinking, and strong stakeholder management to support better online performance across markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives focused on improving online product visibility and content quality across retailer websites
- Work closely with brand teams and external content partners to support the creation and optimisation of digital content
- Act as a key point of contact for topics related to omnichannel performance, online retail growth, and competitive development
- Partner with local market teams to review performance, identify challenges, and support improvement plans
- Collaborate with insight teams to design and run shopper research that answers key business questions
- Turn findings from research, market performance, and platform analysis into practical recommendations
- Capture successful approaches and lessons learned from different markets and share them across the wider business
- Support and deliver testing initiatives in selected markets to improve digital commerce performance
- Manage the budget related to online growth initiatives in the assigned area
Requirements
- Experience in shopper insights, consumer insights, eCommerce, or digital commerce
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms and what drives conversion and growth
- Ability to turn data and research into clear business actions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and markets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or a related sector is an advantage
