Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth flow of products to customers across assigned regions. This role is focused on managing customer demand, processing forecasts and orders, coordinating deliveries, and helping to resolve supply issues in close cooperation with internal teams. The position requires someone who is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and supply sites in assigned regions
- Act as the main point of contact for customer-related supply chain matters
- Receive, review, and process forecasts and customer orders
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to support continuous supply
- Work closely with planning and manufacturing teams to address supply challenges
- Support new product introductions from a supply chain perspective
- Investigate supply disruptions and help identify root causes
- Contribute to preventive actions and process improvements to reduce future issues
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with internal procedures and relevant regulations

Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, customer service, order management, or a related operational role
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze information and respond effectively to supply issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as planning and manufacturing
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
