Role Description:
We are seeking a Procurement Program & Project Specialist (External Manufacturing) to support and drive execution across a portfolio of external manufacturing initiatives. This role focuses on program delivery, contract compliance, supplier coordination, and commercial execution within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Drive execution of external manufacturing (EM) programs and projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure structured progress across project stages, including timely delivery of contracts, approvals, and key milestones
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation actions
• Coordinate preparation, approval, and system upload of contracts in Coupa
• Monitor contract compliance, expirations, and alignment with actual spend
• Support commercial activities such as cost reviews, benchmarking, and pricing model execution
• Align data and assumptions between suppliers, Procurement, and Finance teams
• Participate in and coordinate supplier governance meetings (monthly, quarterly, and project-based)
• Ensure proper documentation, ownership, and follow-up of actions and decisions
• Drive resolution of blocked invoices in collaboration with AP and internal stakeholders
• Execute process and regulatory initiatives and ensure compliance documentation is completed
• Act as a central coordination point between procurement teams and support functions
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and next steps
• Manage multiple priorities and adjust focus based on business needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent working level)
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or program/project execution
• Proven experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and supplier management
• Experience with SAP and Coupa is required
• Strong planning, structuring, and execution skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and delivery-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving approach
• Fluent in English

• Contract duration: 8 months
• Employment type: Not open to freelancers / ZZP
• Working hours: 38 hours per week (32 hours negotiable)
• Work model: Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)
