Job Description 
They are seeking a dedicated Cost Control and Fixed Asset Coordinator to support their project teams across EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, maintaining asset records, and ensuring financial compliance throughout major and minor capital projects.

Responsibilities 
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports for projects, including tracking capital engineering costs, field expenses, equipment, and contingencies.
- Lead financial reviews with project teams, monitor project progress, and analyze expenditure data.
- Manage change documentation and maintain up-to-date schedules and cost estimates.
- Support the financial aspects of project planning by developing forecasts and identifying variances.
- Maintain accurate records of asset movements, disposals, and transfers, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and SOX regulations.
- Participate in physical asset verifications, coordinate with third parties, and support internal and external audits related to fixed assets and capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team for asset sales or redeployments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of site asset processes, ensuring assets are properly removed when dismantled or disposed of.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project controls and asset management functions.

Requirements 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong background in cost control within capital projects, ideally with over 10 years’ experience.
- Experience in the chemical or related industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
- Technical or engineering background is a plus.
