Role Description
As Senior Customer Operations Specialist, you play a key role in improving service performance within a highly automated order to cash environment. The role has a strong focus on continuous improvement, project coordination, and change management. You safeguard operational continuity while driving structural improvements that reduce customer effort and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and reduce manual work
- Coordinate and manage medium complexity projects and support larger cross functional programs
- Monitor automated order, delivery, and invoicing flows and detect deviations
- Perform root cause analysis and implement structural system improvements
- Coordinate and execute end to end regression testing during system upgrades
- Act as liaison between customer operations, IT, and supply chain teams
- Handle complex customer and logistics inquiries with proactive communication
- Translate system and supply chain data into actionable insights
- Support team knowledge sharing and best practice alignment


Requirements
- Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years of experience or Master degree with minimum 5 years of experience
- Background in customer operations, customer care, logistics, sales support, or comparable roles
- Experience in a fast moving consumer goods environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of order processing, transport, invoicing, debit and credit handling, complaints and returns
- Experience with complex system landscapes and automation
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- French language skills are a strong plus for the Belgium market
- Customer centric mindset with strong affinity for systems and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills and administrative accuracy
