About the role
The Associate Manufacturing Process Technician supports pharmaceutical production by operating automated, semi-automated, and manual production lines while following GMP and standard operating procedures. The role requires maintaining strong focus on safety, quality, and production targets in a structured and fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with team members and line leads to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and proper shift handovers. Flexibility to switch between production lines and tasks while contributing to continuous improvement is essential.

Responsibilities
- Operate pharmaceutical production lines according to GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing. 
- Monitor production processes and maintain safety, quality, and performance standards while meeting daily production targets. 
- Collaborating with team members and line leads to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and effective shift handovers. 
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
- Take ownership of tasks, follow procedures, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure consistent production performance.


Requirements
- MBO Level 2 education with good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking) to work effectively in a multicultural production environment. 
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP-regulated production. 
- Hands-on experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structured production processes. 
- Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility to work across different production lines and shift patterns. 
- Proactive attitude with accountability, discipline, and understanding of continuous improvement and production performance standards.
