Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Analyst to join their team, focusing on inventory management, logistics cost analysis, and financial reporting. This role involves working closely with supply chain and demand teams, supporting month-end processes, and preparing forecasts to ensure accurate cost control and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analysis of demand and production volumes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with forecasts through regular meetings and reporting.
- Prepare presentation materials for Supply Chain and Finance discussions, clearly explaining assumptions, variations, and key cost movements.
- Coordinate with factories to validate volume submissions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistency with official forecasts.
- Analyze logistics costs monthly, reviewing actual results against forecasts, identifying key drivers, risks, and variances.
- Collect and consolidate forecast inputs from supply chain, purchase and factory teams; verify accuracy before final submission.
- Conduct monthly inventory performance reviews, highlighting key movements, risks, and achievements.
- Prepare clear, structured presentations for management review, sharing insights transparently.
- Support additional ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements related to inventory, costs, and demand.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of cost accounting experience in logistics or supply chain environments preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Basic familiarity with Power BI, including reading reports and extracting data in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and technical abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
