Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team and support inventory management, logistics cost analysis, and forecasting activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate reporting, effective cost control, and smooth month-end closing processes, working closely with supply chain and factory teams.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze logistics costs, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Support the monthly inventory performance analysis and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in the demand and production volume analysis, including monthly alignment meetings with demand and supply teams.
- Prepare presentations for cross-functional meetings, clearly explaining assumptions, gaps, and key movements.
- Coordinate with factories to validate volume submissions and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to the preparation of the 2027 cost forecast, aligned with strategic planning.
- Support the month-end closing process through accurate variance analysis and reporting.
- Collect and consolidate forecast inputs from various teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform ad hoc tasks related to inventory and logistics cost analysis as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ cost accounting experience, preferably in a logistics environment.
- Strong Excel skills; basic Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Good PowerPoint and comm unication skills (email and presentations).
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
