About the role
The Quality Assurance Officer – Blister role focuses on ensuring pharmaceutical products are produced, packaged, tested, and distributed according to strict GMP quality standards and regulatory requirements. The position supports quality release activities, change control processes, and new product introductions while maintaining compliance across systems like SAP, LIMS, and Veeva. You will collaborate with production teams and external partners to maintain high quality and regulatory standards. The role involves reviewing materials, certificates, and documentation, as well as managing deviations and quality procedures. 

Responsibilities
- Support departments in implementing guideline changes through change control processes and quality systems such as Veeva, VReg, and SAP. 
- Ensure quality assurance and quality release activities for pharmaceutical products while maintaining GMP and regulatory compliance. 
- Participate in new product introductions and take responsibility for all quality-related aspects within projects. 
- Review and approve materials, certificates of analysis, artwork, bills of materials, and documentation in relevant systems. 
- Manage deviations, maintain QMS procedures, and promote a strong quality culture across the production environment.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment. 
- Experience with quality systems and software such as SAP, LIMS, and Veeva is preferred. 
- Knowledge of packaging technology and pharmaceutical product registration is considered an advantage. 
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with a detail-oriented, flexible, and results-driven working approach.
