Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join the Consumer Packaging team at their facility in Beilen, Netherlands. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to quality assurance processes that support product release and ongoing production, with a focus on ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Conduct validations and verifications related to quality standards.
- Follow up on quality investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor project results to ensure quality improvements are achieved.
- Initiate and carry out short-term improvement initiatives.
- Perform observation rounds on the production shop floor.
- Take a pragmatic approach to problems, knowing when to ask questions and when to act independently.

Requirements
- HBO-level education or equivalent (higher professional education).
- Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience in a QA role, ideally within the food industry or a similar environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive work style and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Previous QA experience is essential.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
