Job Description:
Our client is looking for a QC Analytical Associate to join its Quality Control team in Hoofddorp. This role supports the testing of raw materials and final product samples to help maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process. It is a great opportunity for someone with laboratory experience in a regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment who enjoys hands-on analytical work and working as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:
- The QC Analytical Associate will be responsible for carrying out laboratory testing and supporting the wider QC analytical function. Responsibilities include:
- Performing testing on raw materials and final product samples
- Reviewing and documenting test results accurately
- Supporting routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and work areas
- Assisting with waste management and general laboratory support activities
- Following established quality and safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with colleagues across the QC team to support daily operations
- Contributing to a reliable and compliant laboratory environment in line with industry standards           

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the QC Analytical Associate role will have:
- An MBO or HBO degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
- Around 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience with analytical or biochemical testing techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, or western blotting
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and general regulatory requirements within a laboratory setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
