Role Description
For this role, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager Foodservice to strengthen the Dutch market.The main focus is to increase penetration and share of wallet in the Horeca channel by developing and executing a locally relevant marketing strategy that aligns with global guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain local channel insights, including competitor analysis, market trends, pricing, categories, and applications.
- Translate the global channel strategy into a Netherlands-specific 12Q marketing plan, including goals, KPIs, target groups, and performance evaluation.
- Determine and optimize the relevant product portfolio, ensuring a strong hero assortment and alignment with innovation and renovation initiatives.
- Support Joint Business Planning together with the Sales team for key customers.
Manage A&P budget allocation and monthly phasing.
- Use data analytics (most recent data available) to continuously optimize the marketing and channel strategy.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: country managers, commercial teams, finance, digital, category development, ambassadors, customers, and distributors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B and foodservice.
- Academic Master’s or Bachelor's degree .
- Experience in channel marketing, including strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical and planning skills; able to work data-driven.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
