Role Description
The Clinical Supplies Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and coordination support for clinical study supply activities across the full study lifecycle. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely execution of supply related tasks, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance within a regulated clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and administrative support during clinical study setup, execution, and close out
- Prepare, maintain, file, and archive clinical supply documentation in line with GCP, GMP, GDP, and internal procedures
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of study supply documentation such as supply plans, shipment records, release documentation, labels, and instructions for use
- Support demand data collection, forecast tracking, and maintenance of study supply overviews
- Assist with coordination of study product labeling activities and preparation of country specific label documentation
- Support logistical preparation of study materials including equipment, printed materials, and lab kits
- Support shipment oversight, inventory tracking, and reconciliation activities
- Update and maintain templates, trackers, and working instructions
Requirements
- Education in medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, logistics, or administration at MBO level or higher
- Bachelor or Master degree with one to two years of relevant experience preferred
- MBO level with a minimum of five years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice is preferred
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive and service oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment
