Role Description 
We are looking for a Packaging Project Manager to manage and coordinate packaging-related projects across manufacturing sites in Europe. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from packaging development and material changes to process improvements and implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage packaging projects including new packaging development, material changes, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing teams.
- Lead project planning, timelines, and project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Review packaging material specifications and identify cost and quality improvements.
- Support investigations related to packaging quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the main contact between manufacturing sites and global teams.
- Support implementation of new packaging standards and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations.
- Travel within Europe to support manufacturing sites and suppliers when required.


Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging or materials technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging, Material Science, or related field.
- Strong project management skills and experience with MS Project or similar tools.
- Knowledge of packaging systems, materials, and packaging technologies.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willing to travel across Europe (up to 30%).
