The company operates multiple production plants and collaborates with international customers, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer service.

Role Description
This position is responsible for creating an optimal supply network plan for a defined product portfolio within a complex, multi?plant environment. The role focuses on balancing demand, inventory and production capacities to achieve service targets while maximizing value. It requires close collaboration with production, quality, finance and demand management teams.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and optimize operational and tactical supply plans for a 1–18 month horizon
- Continuously balance demand, inventories and plant capacities
- Identify constraints and opportunities for the S&OP process
- Perform scenario analysis to support financial and tactical decision making
- Discuss plant performance, maintenance and production capacities with site teams
- Manage inventory including replenishment, aging stock and obsoletes
- Monitor plan performance versus budget and take corrective actions
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in processes and systems
- Participate in supply chain and cross-functional projects including NPD and optimization initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 4–7 years experience in supply planning or a similar field
- Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments
- Strong command of SAP systems (SAP R3, APO preferred)
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in similar roles and industries is required
