Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior FPGA Engineer to join a dynamic, globally connected organization. The successful candidate will design and develop FPGA and SoC-based solutions for cutting-edge medical systems, contributing to some of the most advanced healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and verify FPGA designs aligned with customer and product requirements.
- Participate in requirements gathering, architectural discussions, testing, and final release.
- Develop high-speed interfaces and streaming applications for medical devices.
- Conduct system-level debugging and simulations to ensure performance and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards through thorough design and code reviews.
- Contribute to project planning, from task estimation to backlog management.
- Prepare detailed specifications and design documentation.
- Communicate technical progress clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
- Participate in technical assessments as part of the interview process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant FPGA design experience; 10+ years preferred.
- Strong expertise in VHDL and/or Verilog.
- Experience with major FPGA vendors and their toolchains.
- Proven experience designing high-speed interfaces and streaming applications.
- Industry experience in medical, aerospace, automotive, or defense sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent debugging skills with system-level testing and simulation.
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and regression testing frameworks.
- Ability to work comfortably in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
