About the Role
This role leads the full commercial technology, data and AI enablement agenda. It owns the CRM program from a business perspective, drives commercial data governance, accelerates AI adoption, and supports modernization of end-to-end business development processes. The position bridges commercial needs with digital, analytics and IT capabilities to increase speed, efficiency and execution quality across regions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and own the commercial CRM program including roadmap, adoption, data quality, governance and user experience
- Define and implement the commercial data vision and 12?month roadmap including KPI dictionary, governance and reporting ecosystem
- Embed performance steering through dashboards covering funnel progression, forecasting, pricing analytics and pipeline insights
- Drive AI enablement by identifying scalable use cases, building training programs, establishing governance and measuring adoption
- Support the evolution of the end to end business development process through system enablement, qualification standards and funnel governance
- Oversee digital media management including channel mix, budget efficiency and global alignment
- Partner with Digital and IT to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps related to platforms, automation and process mining
- Build digital and data capabilities across commercial teams through structured enablement and training


Requirements
- 12 or more years of commercial enablement, digital transformation, CRM, analytics or commercial operations experience in a global B2B setting
- Proven experience owning Salesforce or other CRM programs with strong adoption and data quality outcomes
- Strong background in data governance, KPI definition, analytics translation and dashboard development
- Experience driving AI adoption within commercial or marketing teams
- Demonstrated cross functional program leadership with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT and regional organization
- Experience in organizational transformation and change management
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially oriented mindset with digital and technology affinity
- English fluency required; Dutch helpful but not mandatory
- Experience working in hybrid commercial and IT driven environments
