Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our client's biologics research team. The role involves leading efforts in excipient method development and co-validation processes to support a growing protein portfolio. The successful candidate will bring scientific expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to contribute to high-quality biologics development.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for analytical chromatography methods, including size exclusion, ion exchange, and hydrophobic interaction chromatography.
- Manage and troubleshoot multiple HPLC instruments.
- Design and execute experiments to optimize and validate analytical methods.
- Analyze data and prepare or review detailed scientific reports.
- Lead the development of method validation strategies and contribute to regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning analytical, manufacturing, and quality functions.
- Lead investigations and resolve issues related to method development, transfer, or routine analysis.
- Support regulatory filings and interactions with health authorities.
- Coordinate training initiatives within the laboratory environment.


Requirements
- Proven expertise in chromatography methods relevant to biologics.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting HPLC instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Relevant scientific or technical degree.
