Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Engineer to support the introduction of new processes and products while improving existing operations. This role is focused on process optimization, problem-solving, and helping teams work more efficiently in a structured manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in driving improvement initiatives, supporting investigations, and helping the business make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities
- Support the introduction of new processes and products into the business
- Lead or contribute to process transfer activities
- Investigate process issues, deviations, and operational problems
- Define and support corrective and preventive actions
- Identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities
- Drive improvements in technical and business processes, systems, and behaviours
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and change management principles in day-to-day work
- Lead improvement projects and facilitate workshops such as kaizens
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion
- Use data and analysis to support decision-making and improvement plans

Requirements
- Experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar improvement-focused engineering role
- Strong background in process improvement within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods
- Able to investigate issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a regulated environment is highly preferred
