Job Description
Our client is looking for a Strategic Planning Consultant to support a major business planning process across multiple markets and regions. This role will focus on helping leadership teams shape strategic and financial plans, assess value creation opportunities, and turn complex data into clear recommendations. The consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders and play an important role in driving consistency, insight, and decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Support regional and local teams in building strategic and financial plans
- Help quantify value creation opportunities across growth, margin, and cash improvement
- Deliver analytical support through modelling, scenario planning, opportunity sizing, and business case development
- Ensure a consistent approach across markets, including templates, methodologies, and quality of output
- Consolidate local and regional input into clear group-level insights
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with leadership teams
- Prepare clear, decision-ready presentations and planning materials for senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership by challenging assumptions in a constructive way and helping shape practical outcomes

Requirements
- Experience at senior consultant or manager level within strategy or management consulting
- Around 3–6 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or performance improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Able to work across international teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable working independently within an embedded business setting
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in consumer goods or private equity environments is an advantage
