Job Description:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, managing order fulfillment and ensuring smooth communication across the supply chain. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and support the operational processes that keep the supply chain running effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Monitor and manage order processing, including checking product availability, coordinating transportation, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams such as Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain, to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of procedures, policies, and quality standards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support all business units within the group as a backup, becoming a reliable point of contact for operational issues.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, planners, and finance teams, to meet targets effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP and ensure all transactions and communications are properly recorded.
- Uphold company policies, governance standards, and work ethics in all activities.


Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and ERP systems for order entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
