Role Overview
As a Finance Specialist, you will be the financial owner of all activities related to Dairy Raw Materials within the global procurement organization. You will manage P&L performance, working capital, price forecasting, intercompany reporting, and financial controls , supporting strategic procurement decisions with clear insights and accurate financial data.
 

Key Responsibilities
-Lead month-end closing processes: actuals, P&L reporting, working capital analysis
-Prepare financial forecasts/outlooks for DRM and support global planning cycles
-Drive raw material price forecasting and provide insight to global OpCos
-Monitor intercompany receivables & overdues and ensure financial accuracy
-Prepare monthly KPI scorecards for the DRM procurement category
-Collaborate with Shared Services Centers (Budapest & KL) to maintain correct bookings for revenue, COGS, and inventory
-Act as the finance representative in procurement quotation meetings, challenging assumptions and safeguarding profitability
-Support and deliver efficiency and improvement projects within finance and procurement
-Ensure compliance, process governance, and continuous improvement across the finance workflow
 

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or similar
-6–8 years’ experience in finance roles such as Commercial Finance, Procurement Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Operations Finance
-Background in FMCG, manufacturing, food production, or ingredient industries
-Strong knowledge of P&L, forecasting, month-end processes, and working capital
-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, analytics required)
-Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
-Understanding of intercompany flows, procurement finance, and cost of goods sold
-Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
-Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
