About the role
The Process Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining process data within a PLM system to ensure accurate and standardized information for specialized nutrition products. The role works closely with R&I, Product Development, Operations, and Quality teams to validate and maintain high-quality process specifications. It supports product innovation through laboratory testing, pilot plant trials, and factory trials across multiple European supply locations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, structure, and upload accurate process data into the PLM system while ensuring data quality and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with R&I, Product Development, Operations, and Quality teams to validate and maintain process specifications.
- Develop and optimize efficient and cost-effective process technologies for specialized nutrition products.
- Support laboratory testing, pilot plant trials, and factory trials for new and renovated product projects across multiple supply locations.
- Maintain and update process data throughout the project lifecycle while improving data governance and system usage.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or product development in the food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
- Experience working with PLM systems such as Infor PLM/Optiva and knowledge of product lifecycle and process data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize and improve manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams and strong English proficiency.
