Role Description
We are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join the Operations Excellence team at our Breda location. In this hybrid role, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency and performance of the labeling and packaging lines, ensuring smooth operations that support the company’s mission of delivering medicines worldwide. You will lead process improvement projects, analyze performance data, and collaborate across departments to optimise manufacturing processes and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and interpret data from various sources to monitor process performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at process optimisation, new production line implementation, and capacity expansion.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop and execute business cases for process enhancements.
- Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities, address deviations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support decision-making by providing analytical insights and technical expertise on longer-term projects.
- Investigate scenarios for new product launches, increased production volumes, and process changes.
- Train and mentor shopfloor leaders and team members on process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Performance Improvement, or Industrial Engineering within manufacturing or supply chain settings.
- Familiarity with regulated environments such as GMP or GDP.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with problem-solving tools like Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
