Role Description
The Demand Planner is responsible for managing demand forecasting and supply reconciliation within a category-focused, customer-neutral role. The objective is to mitigate service risks and maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring high service levels and effectively managing excess inventory.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and balance short-term demand and supply, typically within a six-week horizon
- Manage service levels to meet customer expectations and business goals
- Oversee excess stock and waste reduction initiatives, aligning with KPIs
- Play a key role in identifying and mitigating service risks that could impact - operational performance
- Collaborate with teams to optimize inventory levels and improve efficiency

Requirements
- Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics practices
