Role Description:
As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will manage short-term demand and supply alignment, optimize stock allocation, and support service performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability, minimize business waste, and maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee residual, blocked, and obsolete stock to ensure optimal inventory usage.
- Maintain and review AATP Business Rules for accurate stock allocation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and planning teams to resolve escalations and set priorities.
- Support short-term demand/supply reconciliation and propose mitigation plans for potential availability issues.
- Drive process improvements and perform root cause analysis on business waste.
- Act as first point of contact for supply planning inquiries and tool management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply planning
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP/planning tools such as SAP/S4-Hana, Kinaxis, AATP, POM Tool
- Fluent in English

Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries
- Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods
