Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cell Therapy Specialist to join our client’s manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the production and support activities required to manufacture cellular products for therapeutic use, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and maintaining the highest quality levels.

Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing operations in cleanroom environments, including preparing growth media, transferring batch documentation, and performing visual inspections of final products.
- Perform apheresis accession, cryopreservation of cells, and the transfer of samples to QC laboratories.
- Supply manufacturing suites with necessary materials and components and ensure proper documentation throughout the process.
- Assist in maintaining cleanroom standards and GMP compliance, including drafting and revising batch records and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Participate in investigations for process deviations and contribute to continuous improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Work in a shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, in a highly controlled aseptic environment.
- Support the transfer of batch documentation and perform material decontamination as needed.

Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences or related field (e.g., MLO/MBO/HBO or higher).
- Experience working in cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in biotechnology.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation, SOPs, and batch record procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Vapro A/B or LITOP A/B is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including weekends.
