Role Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Operations Planner to join the team on a temporary basis. This role involves coordinating the production schedule for packaged cheese products, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing production efficiency and market demands. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams across production and sales to develop accurate and achievable plans.

 Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain production schedules for cheese packaging, focusing on meeting customer service levels.
-Collaborate with manufacturing plants, sales teams, demand planners, and logistics to align production plans with sales forecasts and stock levels.
-Monitor stock levels and production capacity using SAP APO planning tools to prevent obsolescence and stock shortages.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders about production capabilities and delivery timelines.
-Manage your own planning portfolio, ensuring plans are feasible and aligned with company targets. 

Requirements
-Bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
-2-5 years of experience in supply or production planning, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
-Proven experience with SAP APO planning tools and advanced Excel skills.
-Experience in dairy or food production planning is a plus.
