Job Description
For our client, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist – Supply Chain to support quality activities connected to customer supply chain operations. The role focuses on ensuring products, documentation, and processes meet required quality and compliance standards while enabling smooth day-to-day supply chain execution. This position is based on-site in Amersfoort.

Responsibilities
- Act as a QA point of contact for customer supply chain-related topics and day-to-day quality questions
- Ensure quality standards are applied consistently across relevant supply chain processes
- Review and manage quality documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Support the handling and follow-up of quality issues, ensuring actions are documented and completed on time
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying quality risks and proposing practical solutions

Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated environment
- Strong documentation skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
- Able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders (quality, supply chain, operations)
- Comfortable working on-site in Amersfoort
- Proactive mindset and able to work independently when needed
