Role Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities, manage work orders, and ensure effective collaboration between production and maintenance to maintain reliable operations.

Responsibilities
- Convert notifications into work orders and manage the backlog.
- Align maintenance plans with production priorities and equipment availability.
- Develop and propose weekly maintenance schedules (inspections, testing, restoration).
- Coordinate maintenance scope with internal teams and contractors.
- Authorize and release prioritized work orders.
- Facilitate daily/weekly planning meetings.
- Handle emergency maintenance and support quick decision-making.
- Communicate plans with production to ensure readiness and minimal disruption.
- Verify equipment readiness and validate completed work.
- Manage schedule adjustments and follow-up notifications.
- Review additional costs and support proactive maintenance improvements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, safety standards, and planning tools.
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualifications are advantageous.
