About the Role:
An Associate Manufacturing Process Technician supports pharmaceutical production by operating automated, semi-automated, or manual manufacturing lines in compliance with GMP and standard operating procedures. The role requires maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery while meeting defined production targets in a shift-based environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate pharmaceutical production lines in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards to meet quality and output targets.
- Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and escalate issues to the Line Lead in a timely and factual manner.
- Ensure accurate execution of standard work, documentation, and shift handover activities to maintain continuity and performance.
- Collaborate with team members across shifts and cultural backgrounds to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and maintaining a disciplined, accountable work approach.


Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, GMP, or regulated production settings.
- Education at MBO Level 2 (or equivalent), with a solid understanding of basic technical and production concepts.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP, SOPs, and standard work principles within a structured manufacturing environment.
- Good English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) to communicate effectively in a multicultural workplace.
- Strong soft skills, including teamwork, flexibility, accountability, structured working style, and a continuous improvement mindset.
