The Company
A major global producer of high?quality infant nutrition products, operating one of the largest production sites in its network. The facility focuses on delivering safe, reliable, and premium-quality ingredients for infant food, supported by advanced processing and strict quality standards.

Role Description
This role focuses on continuously improving the QA Release process and managing major quality issues related to processing operations. Acting as a key link between QA and other departments, the specialist drives root cause analysis, trend assessments, and preventive actions to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Identify key issues using complex data and develop action plans with KPIs
- Conduct gap assessments, trend analyses, and prepare management reports
- Lead or participate in RCA and SAAB sessions
- Act as the first point of contact for major quality issues
- Support production meetings and ensure adequate quality control
- Serve as backup for the QA Release Coordinator
- Prepare proposals for deviating items and coach team members
- Draft quality-related reports (FTR, RTFT, Quality Notifications)
- Advise stakeholders through analytical data insights
- Participate in audits and communicate outcomes to relevant teams

Requirements
- HBO in Food Technology or HLO
- 5–10 years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of baby food standards
- Experience with dairy or related sectors is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in SAP-QM and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of product, process, quality, microbiology, and allergens
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Laboratory experience preferred

- 32–38 hours per week
- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
