Een internationale organisatie binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie met een sterke positie in de zuivelsector is op zoek naar een Planner Zuivelproductie ter versterking van het supply chain team. De organisatie opereert in een dynamische FMCG-omgeving waar servicegraad, productbeschikbaarheid en efficiënte voorraadbeheersing centraal staan.
Functieomschrijving
Als Planner Zuivelproductie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productieplanning van verpakte kaasproducten. Je beheert je eigen productportfolio en zorgt voor optimale productbeschikbaarheid op basis van sales forecasts, actuele voorraden en beschikbare capaciteit bij externe verpakkingslocaties. Je werkt nauw samen met productielocaties, demand planners, sales en distributie om een gebalanceerd en realistisch supply plan te realiseren, waarbij je stuurt op KPI’s zoals service level, obsolete voorraad en voorraadniveau.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen en beheren van productieplanningen op basis van forecast, voorraad en capaciteit
- Intensieve afstemming met productielocaties, demand planners, sales en distributie
- Monitoren en optimaliseren van KPI’s zoals service level, voorraadniveaus en verouderde voorraad
- Werken met SAP APO en Excel voor planningsprocessen en scenario-analyses
- Productielocaties challengen waar nodig om efficiëntie te waarborgen
- Duidelijke communicatie richting markten over levermogelijkheden en beperkingen
Functie-eisen
- Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain, Operations of Logistiek
- 2+ jaar ervaring in supply planning binnen food, zuivel of FMCG
- Aantoonbare planningservaring met goede kennis van SAP (APO is een pré) en Excel
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Proactief, nauwkeurig, besluitvaardig, flexibel, stressbestendig en een teamspeler
