About the Role
As Interim Supply Planner, you are responsible for the production planning of packaged cheese products. You manage your own portfolio and act as the key link between production sites, sales, demand planning, and distribution—ensuring the right balance between service, stock levels, and capacity.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and optimize production plans based on forecast, stock levels, and packaging capacity (SAP APO)
• Align with production plants, sales teams, and demand planners to secure product availability
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as service level, stock levels, and obsolete inventory
• Clearly communicate constraints and planning decisions to internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
• HBO/WO degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or similar
• 2–5 years of supply planning experience (food/FMCG; dairy is a plus)
• Experience with SAP (APO preferred) and strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with proactive and decisive communication style
Other Information
• 6-month contract with potential 3-month extension
• Hybrid working model (2 days office in Amersfoort, 3 days remote/office flexibility)
• Part of a team of 8 supply planners within a wider cheese planning team of 20+ professionals
