Role Description
As You support the global planning team in achieving the 99.9% patient dosing target by monitoring inventory at central depots and hospital sites, minimizing product waste, and executing complex operational activities based on planning decisions. Working in a small team, you ensure full back-up and continuity of operations, serving as a key backbone of the department.
Responsibilities
- Convert purchase orders to global labeling sites in accordance with established procedures
- Follow up on timely Quality release and global shipment execution
- Initiate and coordinate product destruction activities in line with procedures
- Run global reports to trigger required actions for Global Study Planners
- Generate, monitor, and report KPIs and operational metrics to management
- Coordinate labeling activities for hospital sites to meet regulatory requirements for investigational products
- Reverse material set-ups when required and maintain system data integrity
- Support inventory monitoring across depots and clinical sites
- Contribute to waste reduction and supply continuity initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceutical/clinical supply environment preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy in system and documentation work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
