Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to support the planning and operational execution within their global clinical supply chain team. The role involves ensuring the timely and accurate handling of supplies to facilitate successful clinical trials.

Responsibilities
- Convert purchase orders into labels for global labelling sites, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Follow up on the timely release of products by the quality department and coordinate shipments to international warehouses.
- Initiate and coordinate activities related to the destruction of unused or expired products, in accordance with company policies.
- Run global reports to trigger required actions for the global study planning team.
- Generate and monitor key metrics, reporting findings to management for assigned areas and processes.
- Provide labelling support to hospitals needing additional documentation to meet regulatory standards for investigational drugs.
- Reverse material setups when necessary and ensure system data remains accurate and clean.

Requirements
- Experience with supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Ability to follow established procedures accurately.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
